TO : ALL JUDGES, CLERKS OF COURT, BRANCH CLERKS OF COURT AND OTHER COURT PERSONNEL (WHO ARE IBP MEMBERS) OF THE FIRST AND SECOND LEVEL COURTS IN THE THIRD JUDICIAL REGION AND THE PROVINCE OF PANGASINAN

SUBJECT : IBP CENTRAL LUZON REGIONAL CONVENTION ON 16 TO 19 MARCH 2016 AT THE GRAND HARBOUR HOTEL, WATERFRONT ROAD, SUBIC BAY FREEPORT, OLONGAPO CITY

The Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP) Central Luzon Region will hold its Regional Convention on 16 to 19 March 2016 (Wednesday to Saturday) at the Grand Harbour Hotel, Waterfront Road, Subic Bay Freeport, Olongapo City.

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the convention on 16 to 18 March 2016, on OFFICIAL TIME, provided that their respective court, calendars are properly managed and the parties are notified of any cancelled hearings

The participants shall submit to the Court Management Office, Office of the Court Administrator, their respective certificates of attendance within ten (10) days from their receipt thereof.
