PHILIPPINE SOCIAL WORK CONSORTIUM (PSWC) CONFERENCE ON OCTOBER 7, 2011 AT THE 14TH FLOOR, CONFERENCE ROOM, QUEZON CITY HALL, QUEZON CITY

The Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) will conduct the Philippine Social Work Consortium (PSWC) Conference on October 7, 2011 at 8:00AM to 5:00PM at the 14th Floor, Conference Room, Quezon City Hall, Quezon City.

In connection therewith the following are authorized to attend the conference on OFFICIAL TIME, to wit:

provided that there is a written permission from the Executive Judge/Presiding Judge and their attendance thereat shall not disrupt the court calendar.

Pursuant to Administrative Circular No. 11-99 dated September 1, 1999, the above named personnel shall submit to the Court Management Office a report of their participation within five (5) days from completion of the conference which shall be accompanied by a certification of successful cofnpletion or certificate of attendance by the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD).
