ALL OFFICERS AND DIRECTORS OF THE PHILIPPINE JUDGES ASSOCIATION (PJA)

SUBJECT:

EMERGENCY MEETING ON JUNE 29, 2006 AND REGULAR MEETING ON JULY 7, 2006

The Officers and Directors of the Philippine Judges Association (PJA) will hold their Emergency Meeting on June 29, 2006 , at 11:00 in the morning at Sanfiro Conference Room, 21 st Floor, New Makati City Hall , F. Zobel St. , Makati City and its Regular Meeting on July 7, 2006 at 11:00 in the morning at Cyber City IT. Park, Apo Court , Sergio Osmena Road , CSEZ, Clarkfield, Pampanga.

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the said meetings on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS, chargeable to local funds if authorized and available provided that the court calendar is properly managed and parties are notified of any cancelled hearings.

Judge Jane Aurora C. Lantion, President of the Association shall submit a report within ten (10) days after the said meetings.
