CONCERNED MEMBERS OF THE PHILIPPINE ASSOCIATION OF COURT EMPLOYEES (PACE-REGION XI)

SUBJECT:

CHAMPIONSHIP GAMES AND AWARDING OF PRIZES OF THE FIRST PACE REGIONAL SPORTSFEST

The Philippine Association of Court Employees (PACE) Region XI will hold its Championship Games and Awarding Ceremonies of the Regional Sportfest on December 10 to 11, 2010.

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the above-sited activities on OFFICIAL TIME. However, the Executive/Presiding Judges concerned shall see to it that a skeletal force shall be maintained so as not to disrupt the business of the court.

Atty. Virginia R. Coloma-Rafael, National President of the Association shall submit to the Court Management Office, OCA a report within ten (10) days from the conclusion of the events.
