TO : THE CONCERNED REGIONAL TRIAL COURT JUDGES AND COURT PERSONNEL

SUBJECT: CONSULTATION MEETING WITH FAMILY COURT JUDGES OF REGION XI ON 18 TO 20 MAY 2017 IN THE ISLAND GARDEN CITY OF SAMAL, DAVAO DEL NORTE

The Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) Field Office XI, Davao City, will conduct the "Consultation Meeting with Family Court Judges o'f Region XI" on 18 (Thursday, check-in at 1:00 p.m.) to 20 (Saturday, check-out at 12:00 n.n.) May 2017 at the SECDEA Beach Resort, San Isidro Babak, Island Garden City of Samal, Davao del Norte.

In connection therewith, the following Regional Trial Court judges and court social workers are hereby authorized to attend the consultation meeting on 18 to 19 May 2017, on OFFICIAL TIME, provided that their respective court calendars are properly managed and that the parties are duly notified of any cancelled hearings:
