SUBJECT:

EXECUTIVE M EETING ON F EBRUARY 23-24, 2 006 AT THE REGIONAL TRIAL COURT OF MALAYBALAY CITY, BUKIDNON

The National Board of Officers of the Judiciary Association of Clerks of the Philippines (JACOPHIL) will hold an executive meeting on February 23- 24, 2006 at the Regional Trial Court of Malaybalay City, Bukidnon in preparation to their association's Fifth (5 th) National Convention and Seminar

on April 26-28, 2006..

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend said meeting on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS, chargeable to local funds if authorized and available provided that there is prior written permission from the Executive Judge/Presiding Judge and there shall be no disruption of the court calendar.

Mr. Filamor C. Delizo, National President, JACOPHIL, shall submit to this Office a report on the attendance within ten (10) days from the date of the meeting.
