AUTHORIZING THE ATTENDANCE OF JUDGES, CLERKS OF COURT, AND BRANCH CLERKS OF COURT OF FIRST AND SECOND LEVEL TRIAL COURTS OF REGION I IN THE 2ND REGIONAL JUDICIAL CAREER ENHANCEMENT PROGRAM (LEVEL 4)

To achieve a more effective delivery of public service and to promote career growth, all Judges, Clerks of Court, and Branch Clerks of Court of first and second level trial courts of Region I are enjoined to attend and participate in the Regional Judicial Career Enhancement Program (Level 4) under the auspices of the Philippine Judicial Academy (PHILJA), to be held from 30 March to 1 April 2005 at the Fort Ilocandia Resort, Laoag City, flocos Norte.

Judges, Clerks of Court and Branch Clerks of Court who are members of the Bar shall attend the sessions from 30 March to 01 April 2005, while those who are not members of the Bar will attend the sessions of 30 March 2005 only.

Judges are directed to leave a skeletal force in their respective courts during the seminar.

Attendance in this seminar shall be MANDATORY and on OFFICIAL TIME. Travel expenses to and from the seminar site will be reimbursable after submission of the required documents.
