SUBJECT:

SUBJECT: 6 th NATIONAL CONVENTION AND RAINING SEMINAR AT THE SBMA, OLONGAPO TYON NOVEMBER 19 TO 21, 2003.

Due to conflict of schedule, the 6th National Convention a ' Training Seminar of all officers and members of the First Level Clerk of Courts Association of the Philippines (FLECCAP) set on October 1 to 3, 2003 Ms moved to November 19 to 21, 2003 at Crown Peak Hotel, SBMA, Olongapo City.

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the said convention on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS chargeable to local funds if authorized and available, subject to prior written permission of their respective Executive/Presiding Judges and their attendance thereat shall not disrupt the court calendar.

A complete report on the attendance shall be submitted to this office within ten (10) days from date of the said assembly.

This amends OCA Circular No. 55-2003.
