TO : THE OFFICERS AND MEMBERS OF THE PROCESS SERVERS ASSOCIATION OF THE PHILIPPINES (PROSAPHIL)

SUBJECT : 12 TH NATIONAL CONVENTION AND ELECTION OF OFFICERS ON 24 TO 26 APRIL 2019 IN TAGBILARAN CITY, BOHOL

The Process Servers Association of the Philippines (PROSAPHIL) will hold its 12 th National Convention and Election of Officers on 24 to 26 April 2019 at the JJ'S Seafood Village, K of C Drive, Gallares Street, Tagbilaran City, Bohol.

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the convention and election of officers on OFFICIAL TIME/BUSINESS, chargeable to local funds if authorized and available, provided that there is prior permission from the Executive Judge/Presiding Judge and that there shall be no disruption of the court calendar.

The authority shall be for three (3) days only, including travel time.

Ms. Virginia J. Torio, National Secretary of PROSAPHIL, shall submit to the Court Management Office, Office of the Court Administrator, a report on the convention and election of officers with a complete list of the attendees within ten (10) days from the conclusion thereof.

This Circular amends OCA Circular No. 175-2018 dated 20 August 2018.
