TO: ALL OFFICERS AND MEMBERS OF THE PHILIPPINE TRIAL JUDGES LEAGUE, INC (PTJL)

SUBJECT: 16 TH NATIONAL CONVENTION AND SEMINAR ON NOVEMBER 26 TO 28, 2009 AT THE VENIZ HOTEL, BAGUIO CITY

The Philippine Trial Judges League, Inc. (PTJL) will hold its 16 th National Convention and Seminar on November 26 to 28, 2009 at Veniz Hotel, Baguio City .

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the said Convention on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS, chargeable to local funds if authorized and available; provided, that the court calendar is properly managed and parties are notified of any cancelled hearing.

Judge Kaudri L. Jainul, National President of the Association shall submit a report to the Court Management Office, OCA within ten (10) days after the said convention.
