TO : THE CONCERNED JUDGES AND COURT PERSONNEL OF THE FIRST AND SECOND LEVEL COURTS IN THE NATIONAL CAPITAL JUDICIAL REGION AND THE PHILIPPINE ASSOCIATION OF COURT EMPLOYEES LOCAL CHAPTER OFFICERS

SUBJECT : PACE-NCJR SPORTSFEST 2015 ON 20 TO 22 MAY 2015 AT THE MARIKINA SPORTS CENTER

The Philippine Association of Court Employees (PACE) NCJR Board will hold the PACE-NCJR Sportsfest 2015 on 20 to 22 May 2015 at the Marikina Sports Center, Sumulong Highway corner Shoe Avenue, Marikina City.

The players (judges and court personnel) in the sportsfest and the PACE local chapter officers are hereby authorized to attend the activities on 20 to 22 May 2015, on OFFICIAL TIME, provided that the court calendars are properly managed, the parties are notified of any cancelled hearings, and a skeletal force remains in all courts/offices to attend to official business or transactions.

Mr. Edmund Sanchez de Javing, PACE-NCJR Board Vice President, shall submit a report on the conduct of the sportsfest with the complete list of all the judges and court personnel who participated in the activities to the Court Management Office, Office of the Court Administrator, within ten (10) days from the conclusion thereof.
