ALL OFFICERS AND MEMBERS OF THE SHERIFF'S CONFEDERATION OF THE PHILIPPINES (SCOPHIL)

SUBJECT:

15 TH NATIONAL CONVENTION, SEMINAR AND WORKSHOP ON APRIL 15-17, 2009 IN CAGAYAN DE ORO CITY

The 15 th National Convention, Seminar and Workshop of the Sheriff's Confederation of the Philippines (SCOPHIL) has been moved from April 22- 24, 2009 to April 15-17, 2009 to be held at the Grand Caprice Convention and Restaurant, Cagayan de Oro City.

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the said Convention- Seminar on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS, chargeable to local funds if authorized and available provided that there is written permission from the Executive Judge/Presiding Judge and there shall be no disruption of the court calendar.

Mr. Winston T. Eguia, National President of the Association shall submit to this Office a report within ten (10) days from the date of the convention-seminar.

This Circular amends OCA Circular 51-2008 dated June 3, 2008.
