TO : THE NATIONAL OFFICERS AND BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE REGIONAL TRIAL COURT CLERKS OF COURT ASSOCIATION OF THE PHILIPPINES (RTC-COCAP)

SUBJECT: BOARD MEETINGS ON APRIL 12, 2013 AT THE OCA CONFERENCE ROOM, SUPREME COURT, MANILA AND JULY 26, 2013 AT BORACAY, AKLAN

The National Officers and Board of Directors of the Regional Trial Court Clerks of Court Association of the Philippines (RTC-COCAP) will hold their board meetings on April 12, 2013 at the OCA Conference Room, Supreme Court, Manila and July 26, 2013 at Boracay, Aklan.

The following officers are hereby authorized to attend the board meetings on the respective dates to wit:

The attendance of the above-named personnel shall be on OFFICIAL TIME provided that there is prior written permission from the Executive Judge/Presiding Judge and there shall be no disruption of the court calendar.

Atty. Jerlie P. Luis-Requerme, President of the Association, shall submit a report to the Court Management Office, Office of the Court Administrator, within ten (10) days from the conclusion of the board meetings.
