SUBJECT UPDATED REGULATORY FEES OF THE GAMING SITE

REGULATORY MANUALS

Please be advised that PAGCOR Board of Directors in its meeting held on 24 November 2022 approved to update the following regulatory fees and term under the Games: Gaming Site Regulatory Manuals (GSRMs) version 3.0 for Bingo and Electronic

Requlation 4 Section 2 - Amount of Applicable Fees

Inspection Fee TYPE OFFEES Php50,000.00 AMOUNT Inspection Fee - shall be for site PARTICULARS

inspection of proposed gaming site to verify its compliance with the site location requirements. distance and area

Application Fee Php500,000.00 ApplicationFee- shall be for

acceptance and processing of new site

in operator. application and application for change

Renewal Fee Php250,000.00 Renewal Fee-shall be for application

for renewal of License. Re-printing Fee Php 20,000.00 Re-printing Fee -- shall be for request for re-printing andre-issuance of

Extension Fee Php 50,000.00 original license. Extension Fee-shall be for request for

extension of application granting the Applicant additional period to comply with the requirements.

II.Regulation 6 Section 1(d)-The License

while the renewal License validity period is two (2) years. The License validity for new gaming site shall be for a period of three (3) years

The above amendments shall be effective upon the approval date and shall be implemented to ongoing applications for new application and amendment of licenses which have yet to settle the corresponding fees.

As for the license renewal, effectivity of the above increase and its corresponding license validity term shall be implemented to ongoing applications for renewal which have yet to pay the renewal fees and complete the renewal requirements
