EXCLUSION OF AMERICAN SAMOA FROM THE LISTOF RESTRICTED MARKETS

American Samoa with the guarantees on the rights of foreign workers as specified under Washington, D.C.United States of America, has issued a Certificate of Compliance for Section 4 of Republic Act 8042,as amended by Section 3 of Republic Act 10022 The Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA),through the Philippine Embassy in

and social laws which protect the rights of workers, including migrant workers. As such the public is hereby advised that American Samoa is henceforth excluded from the list of Based on the Certificate of Compliance, American Samoa has the existing labor
