ATTENDANCE OF JUDGES, CLERICS OF COURT AND BRANCH CLERICS OF COURT OF FIRST AND SECOND LEVEL TRIAL COURTS OF REGION X IN THE REGIONAL JUDICIAL CAREER ENHANCEMENT PROGRAM (LEVEL 3) UNDER THE AUSPICES OF THE PHILIPPINE JUDICIAL ACADEMY

For a more effective delivery of public service, and for the promotion of career growth among officials and personnel of the Judiciary, all Judges, Clerks of Court, Branch Clerks of Court, of first and second level trial courts of Region II are enjoined to attend and participate in the Regional Judicial Career Enhancement Program (Level 3) under the auspices of the Philippine Judicial Academy (PHILJA), to be held October 15 to 17, 2003 (Wednesday to Friday at the The VIP Hotel, Cagayan De Oro City.

Sessions and attendance of the Clerks of Court and Branch Clerks of Court will only be on 15 October 2003 (Wednesday).

Judges are directed to leave a skeletal force in their respective courts during the Regional Seminar.

Attendance in this Seminar shall be MANDATORY and on OFFICIAL TIME.
