TO : ALL JUDGES AND CLERKS OF COURT OF THE REGIONAL TRIAL COURTS AND JUDGES OF THE MUNICIPAL TRIAL COURTS IN CITIES, MUNICIPAL TRIAL COURTS AND MUNICIPAL CIRCUIT TRIAL COURTS IN THE PROVINCES OF NORTH COTABATO, MAGUINDANAO, SULTAN KUDARAT AND THE CITIES OF KIDAPAWAN AND COTABATO

SUBJECT : GENERAL LAW PRACTICE INSTITUTE SEMINAR ON 27 AND 28 FEBRUARY 2001 AT KIDAPAWAN CITY

The Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP), North Cotabato Chapter and the U.P. Law Center will hold a General Law Practice Institute Seminar on 27 and 28 February 2001 at Kidapawan City.

Judges and Clerks of Court are authorized to attend the said seminar on OFFICIAL TIME but they should see to it that the court calendar is properly managed and parties are notified in advance of any cancelled hearing.

A report on the attendance should be submitted to this Office withjn ten (10) days from the date of the seminar.
