TO : ALL BRANCH CLERKS OF COURT OF THE REGIONAL TRIAL COURTS IN THE PROVINCE OF NEGROS OCCIDENTAL

SUBJECT : 2ND LEGAL TRAINING FOR PRIVATE PROSECUTIONS AND GOVERNMENT LAWYERS ON THE INVESTIGATION AND PROSECUTION OF TRAFFICKING IN PERSON (TIP) CASE ON SEPTEMBER 6 TO 7, 2012 AT THE NATURES VILLAGE HOTEL, TALISAY CITY, NEGROS OCCIDENTAL

The Anti-Trafficking Legal Advocates Society (ATLAS), Inc. will conduct the 2nd Legal Training for Private Prosecutors and Government Lawyers on the Investigation and Prosecutions of Trafficking in Person (TIP) Cases on September 6 to 7, 2012 at the Natures Village Hotel, Talisay City Negros Occidental.

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the training on OFFICIAL TIME provided that there is prior written permission from the Executive Judge/Presiding Judge and there shall be no disruption of the court calendar.

Atty. Arnel S. Sigue, President of the ATLAS, Inc., shall submit a report (including the complete list of all branch clerks of court who attended the training) to the Court Management Office, Office of the Court Administrator, within ten (10) days from the conclusion of the training.
