TO : ALL THE FIRST AND SECOND LEVEL COURT JUDGES IN THE PROVINCE OF ISABELA

SUBJECT : SEMINAR ON THE JUDICIAL AFFIDAVIT RULE (A.M. NO. 12-8-8-SC) ON DECEMBER 7, 2012 AT THE IVORY HOTEL CONVENTION HALL, TUGUEGARAO CITY

The Working Vice Chairman of the Chief Justice Committee to Address Case Congestions and Delays in the Lower Courts, in cooperation with the Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP), will hold a seminar on the Judicial Affidavit Rule (A.M. No. 12-8-8-SC) on December 7, 2012 at the Ivory Hotel Convention Hall, Tuguegarao City.

All the first and second level court judges stationed in the province of Isabela are hereby authorized to attend the seminar on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS, chargeable to local funds if authorized and available, provided that their court calendars are properly managed and parties are notified of any cancelled hearings.

Atty. Rigor R. Pascual, the Committee Secretary, shall submit a complete list of all the judges who attended the seminar to the Court Management Office, Office of the Court: Administrator, within ten (10) days from the conclusion of the seminar.
