SUBJECT:

SECOND REGIONAL ASSEMBLY ON DECEMBER 4 AND 5, 2003

The Philippine Association of Court Interpreters, Inc. (PHILACI) of Region 7 will hold its Second Regional Assembly on December 4 and 5, 2003 at Ecotech Center, Lahug, Cebu City.

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the said assembly on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS chargeable to local funds if authorized and available subject to prior written permission of their respective Executive/Presiding Judges and their attendance thereat shall not disrupt the court, calendar.

A complete report on the attendance shall be submitted within ten (10) days from date of the said assembly.
