TO : NEWLY ELECTED OFFICERS OF THE REGIONAL TRIAL COURT - CLERKS OF COURT ASSOCIATION OF THE PHILIPPINES (RTC-COCAP)

SUBJECT : OATH TAKING AND 1ST NATIONAL BOARD MEETING OF NEWLY ELECTED RTC-COCAP OFFICERS ON 7 OCTOBER 2011

The Officers of the Regional Trial Court - Clerks of Court Association of the Philippines (RTC-COCAP) will take their oath as newly elected Officers of the association on 7 October 2011 at 1:00 PM at the Dignitaries Lounge, Supreme Court, Manila, to be followed by the National Board Meeting.

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the said activities on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS, chargeable to local funds if authorized and available provided that there is prior written permission from the Executive Judge/Presiding Judge and there shall be no disruption of the court calendar.

Atty. Jerlie P. Luis-Requerme, President of the Association shall submit to the Court Management Office, a report within ten (10) days after the conclusion of the activities. 2011.
