NEWLY ELECTED NATIONAL OFFICERS OF THE PHILIPPINE ASSOCIATION OF COURT EMPLOYEES (PACE)

SUBJECT:

OATH TAKING OF NEWLY ELECTED PACE OFFICERS ON 3 MAY 2010 AND 1ST PACE BOARD MEETING ON 4 AND 5 MAY 2010

The National Officers of the Philippine Association of Court Employees (PACE) will take their oath as newly elected National Officers of the association on 3 May 2010 at 4:00 PM at the Dignitaries Hail, Supreme Court, Manila, and will hold their 1st board meeting on 4 and 5 May 2010 at the PACE Headquarters, 5th Floor, City Hall of Manila, SM Gate.

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the said activities on OFFICIAL TIME, provided that there is prior written permission from the Executive Judge/Presiding Judge and there shall be no disruption of the court Calendar.

Atty. Virginia R. Coloma-Rafael, National President of the Association shall submit to this Office a report within ten (10) days from the completion of the activities.
