AUTHORIZING THE JUDGES FROM THE CITIES OF BACOLOD AND SAN FERNANDO, PAMPANGA, AS TRAINERS AND FACILITATORS IN THE ORIENTATION FOR LAWYERS ON COURT-ANNEXED MEDIATION (CAM) IN MISAMIS ORIENTAL, LA UNION AND BENGUET

The Philippine Judicial Academy (PHILJA), in coordination with the National Judicial Institute of Canada (NJI), will conduct a two-day Orientation for Laywers on Court-Annexed Mediation in Misamis Oriental, La Union and Benguet, with Judges from the Cities of Bacolod and San Fernando, Pampanga, as Trainers and Facilitators, to be held on August 23 to 24, 2006 at VIP Hotel, Don Apolinar Velez St., Cagayan de Oro City; August 29 to 30, 2006 at Sea & Sky Hotel & Restaurant, Barangay Pagdaraoan, San Fernando, La Union; and August 31 to September 1, 2006 at the Multi-Purpose Hall, Justice Hall, Baguio City.

The following judges will be the trainers and facilitators:

The attendance of the participants in this conference shall be MANDATORY and on OFFICIAL BUSINESS.

The participating Judges should see to it that their respective court calendars are properly managed and the parties are notified in advance of any cancelled hearings.

Formal business attire is required. No companion and substitution of participants shall be allowed.
