TO: BOARD OF OFFICERS OF THE JUDICIARY ASSOCIATION OF CLERKS OF THE PHILIPPINES (JACOPHIL)

SUBJECT: EXECUTIVE MEETING ON SEPTEMBER 29, 2005 AT THE OCA CONFERENCE ROOM 2

The Board of Officers of the Judiciary Association of Clerks of the Philippines (JACOPHIL) will hold an executive meeting on September 29, 2005 at the OCA Conference Room 2.

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend said meeting on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS, chargeable to local funds if authorized and available provided that there is prior written permission from the Executive Judge/Presiding Judge and there shall be no disruption of the court calendar.

Ms. Melita C. Salinas, National President, JACOPHIL, shall submit to this Office a report on the attendance within ten (10) days from Update of the meeting.
