SUBJECT:

NATIONAL BOARD MEETING ON JUNE 18, 2010 AT THE OCA CONFERENCE ROOM, OLD SC BUILDING, TAFT AVENUE, MANILA

The officers of the First Level Clerks of Court Association of the Philippines (FLECCAP) will hold its National Board Meeting on June 18, 2010 at the OCA Conference Room, Old SC Building, Taft Avenue, Manila.

All concerned are authorized to attend the meeting on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS, chargeable to local funds if authorized and available provided that there is prior written permission from the Executive Judge/Presiding Judge and there shall be no disruption of the court calendar.

Atty. Mona Lisa A. Buencamino, National President of the Association shall submit a report to the Court Management Office, OCA within ten (10) days from the conclusion of the meeting.
