ALL JUDGES AND CLERKS OF COURT OF THE REGIONAL TRIAL COURTS, AND JUDGES OF THE MUNICIPAL TRIAL COURTS IN CITIES, MUNICIPAL TRIAL COURTS AND MUNICIPAL CIRCUIT TRIAL COURTS IN THE PROVINCES OF LEYTE, BILIRAN, SOUTHERN LEYTE, SAMAR, NORTHERN SAMAR, EASTERN SAMAR, CEBU AND BOHOL AND CEBU CITY

SUBJECT: 4th EASTERN VISAYAS REGIONAL CONVENTION ON 26-27 OCTOBER 2000 AT TACLOBAN CITY

The integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP) - Leyte Chapter shall host the 4th Eastern Visayas Regional Convention on 26 and 27 October 2000 at Hotel Alejandro, Tacloban City.

Judges and Clerks of Courts who are interested to participate are hereby authorized to attend the convention on OFFICIAL TIME but they should see to it that the court calendar is properly managed and parties are notified in advance of any cancelled hearing.

A report on the attendance should be submitted to this Office within ten (10) days from the date of the convention.
