For your information and guidance, quoted hereunder is the Decision dated 23 August 2017 of the Second Division in Administrative Case No. 11616, entitled "Lito V. Buenviaje v. Atty. Melchor G. Magdamo," to wit:

ACCORDINGLY , the Court AFFIRMS the October 10, 2014 and May 28, 2016 Resolutions of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines Board of Governors in CBD Case No. 08-2141 and ORDERS the suspension of Atty. Melchor G. Magdamo from the practice of law for three (3) months effective upon his receipt of this Decision.

Per Registry Return Receipt No. 28691, respondent received a copy of the Decision dated 23 August 2017 on 4 October 2017.
