FOR : THE OFFICERS AND MEMBERS OF THE PHILIPPINE WOMEN JUDGES ASSOCIATION (PWJA)

SUBJECT : 22 nd PWJA ANNUAL CONVENTION-SEMINAR ON 08 TO 10 MARCH 2017 AT THE VIGAN CONVENTION CENTER, VIGAN CITY, ILOCOS SUR

The Philippine Women Judges Association (PWJA) will hold its 22 nd Annual Convention-Seminar on 08 to 10 March 2017 at The Vigan Convention Center, Vigan City, Ilocos Sur, with the theme "Judges Beyond Borders."

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the annual conventlon-.seminar on OFFICIAL TIME/BUSINESS. Expenses to be incurred by the trial court women judges (1 st and 2 nd level) shall be chargeable to local funds, if authorized and available. Further, they shall see to it that their respective court calendars are properly managed and the parties are notified of any cancelled hearings.

Judge Tita Marilyn Payoyo-Villordon, PWJA Secretary, shall submit to the Court Management Office, Office of the Court Administrator, a report on the convention with a complete list of the attendees within ten (10) clays from the conclusion thereof.
