TO : THE FIRST AND SECOND LEVEL COURT JUDGES IN THE PROVINCES OF BATANGAS AND LACUNA

SUBJECT: LAW FOR DEVELOPMENT CONGRESS ON FEBRUARY 15, 2013 AT THE SM CINEMA 1, SM C1TY-LIPA, LIPA CITY

The De La Salle Lipa College of Law will sponsor the Law for Development Congress on February 15, 2013, 9:00 A.M. to 3:00 P.M., at the SM Cinema 1, SM City-Lipa, Lipa City. The Honorable Chief Justice Maria Lourdes P. A. Sereno will deliver the Keynote Address during the congress.

In connection therewith, all first and second level court judges in the provinces of Batangas and Laguna are hereby authorized to attend the congress on OFFICIAL TIME purely on voluntary basis, provided that their court calendars are properly managed and the parties are notified of any cancelled hearings.

The fee of Three Hundred Pesos (P300.00) for the venue expenses and kit shall be shouldered by the participant.

The participants shall submit to the Court Management Office, Office of the Court Administrator, their respective certificates of attendance within ten (10) days from their receipt thereof.
