TO : THE CONCERNED JUDGES AND COURT PERSONNEL OF THE FIRST AND SECOND LEVEL COURTS IN THE PROVINCE OF SURIGAO DEL NORTE AND DINAGAT ISLANDS

SUBJECT : SPORTSFEST ON 24 AND 25 MAY 2019 IN SIARGAO ISLANDS, SURIGAO DEL NORTE

The first and second level courts in the province of Surigao del Norte and Dinagat Islands, will hold a Sportsfest on 24 and 25 May 2019 (Friday and Saturday), in Siargao Islands, Surigao del Norte.

The participants in the sportsfest are hereby authorized to attend the activities on 24 May 2019, on OFFICIAL TIME/BUSINESS, chargeable to local funds if authorized and available, provided that their respective court calendars are properly managed, the parties are duly notified of any cancelled hearing, and a skeletal force remains in every branch/office to attend to official business or transactions.

Hon. Leonila P. Gorgolon, Executive Judge, Regional Trial Court, Surigao City, shall submit a report to the Court Management Office, Office of the Court Administrator, on the conduct of the activities with the complete list of all judges and court personnel who participated within ten (10) days from the conclusion thereof.

This circular amends OCA Circular No. 36-2019 dated 8 March 2019.
