SUBJECT :

FIRST NATIONAL BOARD MEETING AND OATH TAKING ON FEBRUARY 18, 2011 AT THE OLD SESSION HALL AND DIGNITARY LOUNGE, SUPREME COURT

The National Officers and Directors of the First Level Clerks of Court Association of the Philippines (FLECCAP) will hold it's First National Board Meeting at the Old Session Hall, Old SC Building and Oath Taking before the Chief Justice Renato C. Corona at the Dignitary Lounge, Supreme Court, Ermita, Manila -on February 18, 2011.

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the meeting and oath taking on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS, chargeable to local funds if authorized and available, provided that there is prior written permission from the Executive Judge/Presiding Judge and there shall be no disruption of the court calendar.

Atty. Mona Lisa A. Buencamino, National President of the Association shall submit a report regarding the meeting and oath taking to the Court Management Office, OCA within ten (10) days from the conclusion of the said events.
