AUTHORIZING THE ATTENDANCE OF SELECTED REGIONAL TRIAL COURT, MUNICIPAL TRIAL COURT IN CITIES AND MUNICIPAL CIRCUIT TRIAL COURT JUDGES OF MINDANAO AT THE SEMINAR ON SPEEDY TRIAL AND DISPOSITION OF CASES

In addition to the participants listed in Administrative Circular No. 05-2010, the following are hereby authorized to attend the Seminar on Speedy Trial and Disposition of Cases for selected Regional Trial Court, Municipal Trial Court in Cities, and Municipal Circuit Trial Court Judges of Mindanao which will be held on February 12, 2010, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at the Marco Polo Davao, CM Recto St., Davao City.

Formal business attire is required. No companion and substitution of participants shall be allowed.
