TO : THE OFFICERS AND THE MEMBERS OF THE PHILIPPINE TRIAL JUDGES LEAGUE, INC. (PTJLI)

SUBJECT : 23rd ANNUAL CONVENTION AND SEMINAR ON 19 TO 21 OCTOBER 2016 AT THE LIMKETKAI LUXE HOTEL, CAGAYAN DE ORO CITY

The Philippine Trial Judges League, Inc. (PTJLI) will hold its 23 ld Annual Convention and Seminar on 19 to 21 October 2016 at the Limketkai Luxe Hotel, Cagayan de Oro City.

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the convention and seminar, on OFFICIAL TIME/BUSINESS, chargeable to local funds if authorized and available, provided that their respective court calendars are properly managed and that parties are notified of any cancelled hearings.

Judge Marlon Jay G. Moneva, Secretary General of the PTJLI, shall submit a report on the conduct of the activities with the complete list of all the judges who attended to the Court Management Office, Office of the Court Administrator, within ten (10) days from the conclusion thereof.
