SUBJECT:

ORIENTATION ON DETAINEE'S NOTEBOOK ON APRIL 28, 2005.

The Humanitarian Legal Assistance Foundation (HLAS) will hold an orientation and consultation with the court personnel on the Detainee's Notebook on April 28, 2005, from 1:00 to 4:00 in the afternoon, at the Kowloon Restaurant, Matalino Street, Quezon City.

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend said event on OFFICIAL TIME, provided that there is prior written permission from the Executive Judge/Presiding Judge and there shall be no disruption of the court calendar.

Atty. Ma. Victoria V. Cardona, Executive Director, HLAS, is hereby requested to submit to this Office a report on the attendance within ten (10) days from the date of the event.
