NATIONAL OFFICERS AND BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE REGIONAL TRIAL COURT CLERKS COURT ASSOCIATION OF THE PHILIPPINES (RTC-COCAP)

SUBJECT:

TURN-OVER CEREMONY AND FIRST BOARD MEETING ON NOVEMBER 26-27, 2009 AT THE OCA CONFERENCE ROOM, SUPREME COURT

The Regional Trial Court Clerks of Court Association of the Philippines (RTC-COCAP) will hold its turn-over ceremony and first board meeting on November 26 to 27, 2009 at the Oca Conference Room, Supreme Court, Ermita, Manila.

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the said activities on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS, chargeable to local hinds it authorized and available provided that there is prior written permission from the Executive Judge/Presiding Judge and there shall be no disruption of the court calendar.

The incoming National President of the Association shall submit to the Court Management Office, OCA a report within ten (10) days from the date of the meeting.
