SUBJECT : SUSPENSION FROM THE PRACTICE OF LAW FOR ONE (1) MONTH OF ATTY. REYNALDO V. ABDON

For your information and guidance, quoted hereunder is the dispositive portion of the Decision of the First Division dated 23 July 2014 in Administrative Case No. 10031 entitled "Raul M. Francia vs. Atty. Reynaldo V. Abdon," to wit:

WHEREFORE, for having committed an act which compromised the public's trust in the justice system, Atty. Reynaldo V. Abdon is hereby SUSPENDED from the practice of law for a period of ONE (1) MONTH effective upon receipt of this Decision, with a STERN WARNING that a repetition of the same or similar act in the future shall be dealt with severely.

Respondent, thru agent Presi Abdon, received on 01 September 2014 the Decision dated 23 July 2014, as shown in the Registry Return Receipt No. 13441.
