TO : THE OFFICERS AND THE MEMBERS OF THE PHILIPPINE TRIAL JUDGES LEAGUE, INC. (PTJLI)

SUBJECT : 22nd ANNUAL CONVENTION AND SEMINAR AND BIENNIAL ELECTION ON 22 TO 24 OCTOBER 2015 AT THE VILLA CACERES HOTEL, NAGA CITY

The Philippine Trial Judges League, Inc. (PTJLI) will hold its 22 nd Annual Convention and Seminar and Biennial Election on 22 to 24 October 2015 (Thursday to Saturday) at the Villa Caceres Hotel, Naga City.

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the convention and seminar and election on 22 to 23 October 2015, on OFFICIAL TIME/BUSINESS, chargeable to local funds if authorized and available, provided that their respective court calendars are properly managed and that parties are notified of any cancelled hearings.

Judge Marlon Jay G. Moneva, President of the PTJLI, shall submit a report on the conduct of the activities with the complete list of all the judges who attended to the Court Management Office, Office of the Court Administrator, within ten (10) days from the conclusion thereof.
