SUBJECT: 1 st ANNUAL CONVENTION OF THE 16 th HOUSE OF DELEGATES ON 4-7 DECEMBER 2003 IN NAGA CITY

The Integrated Bar of the Philippines will hold its 1st Annual Convention of the 16th House, of Delegates on 4-7 December 2003 in Naga City on the theme "IBP: Protecting the Environment, Protecting Life."

Attendance at the said convention shall be on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS, chargeable to local funds if authorized and available, but all concerned should see to it that the court, calendar is properly managed and parties are notified in advance of any canceled hearing.

A complete report on the attendance shall be submitted to this office within ten (10) days from date of the said assembly.
