ALL OFFICERS AND MEMBERS OF THE PHILIPPINE ASSOCIATION OF COURT EMPLOYEES (PACE)

SUBJECT:

NATIONAL GENERAL ASSEMBLY AND RETIFICATION OF ITS NEW CONSTITUTION AND BY-LAWS ON DECEMBER 3 TO 5, 2008 AT THE CUNETA ASTRODOME, PASAY CITY

The Philippine Association of Court Employees (PACE) will hold its National General Assembly and Ratification of its new Constitution and By- Laws on December 3 to 5, 2008 at the Cuneta Astrodome, Pasay City .

AH concerned are hereby authorized to attend the said activity on OFFICIAL TIME provided that there is prior written permission from the Executive Judge/Presiding Judge and there shall be no disruption of the court calendar.

The members of the board, particularly those from the provinces are hereby authorized to be in Manila on December 1, 2008 for the preparation of the said event.

Atty. Virginia R. Coloma-Rafaei, National President of the Association shall submit to this Office a report within ten (10) days from the date of the meeting.
