TO: COURT LEGAL RESEARCHERS ASSOCIATION OF THE PHILIPPINES (CLERAP)

SUBJECT:

MEETING ON APRIL 5 AND 6, 2005 AT THE REGIONAL TRIAL COURT, QUEZON CITY

The national officers of the Court Legal Researchers Association of the Philippines (CLERAP) will meet on April 5 and 6, 2005 at the Regional Trial Court, Quezon City .

All national officers who are interested in attending this meeting are authorized to attend the same on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS chargeable to local funds, if authorized and available, but subject to prior written authority from their Executive/Presiding Judges. Their attendance thereat shall not in any manner disrupt the court calendar.

The President of the Court Legal Researchers Association shall submit to this Office a complete report on the meeting within ten (10) days after it is held, together with a certified list of participants.
