CONCERNED OFFICERS OF THE PHILIPPINE ASSOCIATION OF COURT EMPLOYEES (PACE)

SUBJECT:

ORGANIZING AND ACTIVATING LOCAL CHAPTERS

The Board of the Philippine Association of Court Employees (PACE) desires to maximize their efforts to organize PACE local chapters in areas within the country which has not yet been organized and activate those already inactive as provided by its amended by-laws starting on January 8, 2010 and every Fridays thereafter or up to February 26,2010.

In connection therewith, the following officers are hereby authorized to take turns in going to different areas within their respective concerns on OFFICIAL TIME provided that there is prior written permission from the Executive Judge/Presiding Judge and there shall be no disruption of the court calendar, to wit:
