CONCERNED NATIONAL OFFICERS AND DIRECTORS OF THE PHILIPPINE ASSOCIATION OF COURT EMPLOYEES (PACE)

SUBJECT:

13 TH PACE NATIONAL CONVENTION/SEMINAR ON JULY 1 TO 3, 2009 AT THE CEBU INTERNATIONAL CONVENTION CENTER MANDAUE CITY

The officers and members of the Philippine Association of Court Employees (PACE) will hold its 13 th the National Convention/Seminar on July 1 to 3, 2009 at the Cebu International Convention Center, Mandaue City.

In connection therewith, the following officers and directors are hereby authorized to be in Cebu City from April 2 and 3, 2009 to attend to various undertakings such as biddings for food catering services and kits, printing of souvenir programs, and to perform other important activities;

1. Atty. Virginia C. Rafael President

2. Atty. Mona Lisa Buencamino Treasurer

3. Edmund De Javing Director-Makati

4. Preciousa Macapuso Vice-President NCJR

5. Josephine Labitoria Director-Reg. 2

The attendance of the above-named personnel shall be on OFFICIAL TIME provided that there is prior written permission from the Executive Judge/Presiding Judge and there shall be no disruption of the court calendar.

Atty. Virginia R. Coloma-Rafael, National President of the Association shall submit to this Office a report within ten (10) days from the date of the activity.
