BRUNEI SETS LIMIT ON SERVICE FEE FOR THE
RECRUITMENT OF DOMESTIC WORKERS
The Ministry of Home Affairs of Brunei, through the Department of Labor (DOL announced in January 2023 the enforcement of service fee limit for the recruitment of domestic workers at a rate not exceeding B$2,000.00
Accordingly, all affected Private Recruitment Agencies (PRAs) are advised of the service fee ceiling in dealing with Brunei Foreign Recruitment Agencies (FRAs.The list of compliant FRAs may be accessed through the DOL website. http://www.labour.gov.bn/Theme/Home.aspx.
