APPLICABILITY OF POLAND'S ELECTRONIC WORK PERMIT

The public is hereby advised that Poland's policy on the issuance of electronic work permit to foreign nationats does not apply to Overseas Fitipino Workers (OFWs).

Pursuant to "Act from March 20, 2025, on the Conditions for the Admissibility of Entrusting Work to Foreigners in the Territory of the Republic of Poland," eligible foreign nationals issued with electronic work permits are allowed to work in Poland but is applicable only to citizens of Armenia, Belarus, Georgia, Moldova and Ukraine.

OFWs who intend to work in Poland are thus strongly advised to apply only to licensed recruitment agencies with accreditation to Polish employers and approved

job orders.
