OFFICERS AND MEMBERS OF THE METROPOLITAN AND CITY JUDGES ASSOCIATION OF THE PHILIPPINES MANILA

SUBJECT: 7 TH NATIONAL CONVENTION ON OCTOBER 25-28, 2005 AT THE NEW WORLD HOTEL, MAKATI CITY

The Metropolitan and City Judges Association of the Philippines Manila will hold its 7 th National Convention on October 25-28, 2005 at the New World Hotel, Makati City.

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the said convention on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS, chargeable to local funds if authorized and available but they should see to it that the court calendar is properly managed and parties are notified in advance of any cancelled hearing.

Judge Augustus C. Diaz, President of the Association/shall submit a report on the attendance within ten (10) days after the said convention.
