TO : THE CONCERNED NATIONAL OFFICERS OF THE JUDICIAL COURT CLERKS ASSOCIATION OF THE PHILIPPINES (JCCAP), INC.

SUBJECT : 1st EXECOM MEETING ON 01 MARCH 2019 AT THE PACE HEADQUARTERS, MANILA

The National Officers of the Judicial Court Clerks Association of the Philippines (JCCAP) Inc. will hold its first EXECOM meeting on 01 March 2019 at the PACE Headquarters, Manila.

In connection therewith, the following JCCAP National Officers are hereby authorized to attend the EXECOM meeting on OFFICIAL TIME, provided that there is prior permission from the Executive Judge/Presiding Judge and no disruption in the court calendar:

Roderick F. Ledesma Director for Region IX RTC, Br. 13, Zamboanga City

Edmund S.De Javing Adviser RTC, Br. 148, Makati City

Ms. Jennifer V. Pabalan, National President of JCCAP Inc., shall submit a report to the Court Management Office, Offioe of the Court Administrator, on the conduct of the meeting, including the complete list of the court personnel who attended the same, within ten (10) days from its conclusion.
