TO : ALL FIRST AND SECOND LEVEL COURT JUDGES AND CLERKS OF COURT IN THE PROVINCE OF TARLAC
SUBJECT: BENCH AND BAR DIALOGUE ON 31 MAY 2017 AT THE LA MAJA RICA HOTEL, TARLAC CITY
The Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP) Tarlac Chapter will conduct a Bench and Bar Dialogue to discuss the implementation of The Revised Guidelines for Continuous Trial of Criminal Cases on 31 May 2017, 2:00 p.m., at the La Maja Rica Hotel, Tarlac City.
In connection therewith, all first and second level court judges and clerks of court in the province of Tarlac are hereby authorized to attend the dialogue, on OFFICIAL TIME, provided that their respective court calendars are properly managed and the parties are duly notified of any cancelled hearings.
The participants shall submit to the Court Management Office, Office of the Court Administrator, their respective certificates of attendance within ten (10) days from their receipt thereof
