SUBJECT :

MEETING ON JULY 17 AND 18, 2003 AT THE MANILA RTC JUDGES LIBRARY, 5 th FLOOR, MANILA CITY HALL

The Philippine Association of Court Interpreters, Inc. (PHIL ACI) will hold an urgent meeting on July 17 and 18, 2003 at. the Manila RTC Judges Library, 5 Floor, Manila City Hall, to discuss important issues relative to the upcoming 3rd National Convention of Court Interpreters scheduled next year.

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the said meeting on OFFICIAL TIME subject to prior written permission of their respective Executive/Presiding Judges and their attendance thereat shall not disrupt the court calendar.

A complete report on the attendance shall be submitted to this office within ten (10) days from date of the said assembly.
