SUBJECT: SUSPENSION FROM THE PRACTICE OF LAW FOR FOUR (4) YEARS OF ATTY. EDUARDO D. RESURRECCION

For your information and guidance, quoted hereunder is the dispositive portion of the Decision of the Court En Banc dated 14 August 2012, in Administrative Case No. 9074, entitled "Grace M. Anacta vs. Atty. Eduardo D. Resurreccion," to wit:

"WHEREFORE, respondent Atty. Eduardo D. Resurreccion is ordered SUSPENDED from the practice of law for four years. He is also DIRECTED to return to the complainant the amount of P42.000.0C within thirty (30) days from the promulgation of this Decision."

In a Resolution dated 11 September 2012, the Court further CONSIDERED as SERVED the Notice of Judgment with a copy of Decision dated 14 August 2012 tent to respondent Atty. Eduardo D. Resurreccion at his given address which was returned unserved with notation on the return of service "Returned: Refused to Accept; other reasons went abroad since 2009."
