TO : ALL COURT SOCIAL WORKERS

SUBJECT: 2013 ASIA PACIFIC REGIONAL SOCIAL WORK CONFERENCE ON JUNE 4 TO 6, 2013 AT THE MANILA HOTEL, MANILA

The Philippine Association of Social Workers, Inc. (PASWI) and the National Association for Social Work Education, Inc. (NASWEI), in cooperation with, among others, the Philippine Association of Court Social Workers, Inc. (PACSWI), will host the 2013 Asia Pacific Regional Social Work Conference on June 4 to 6, 2013 at the Manila Hotel, Manila.

In connection therewith, all court social workers who are interested to participate in the conference are hereby authorized to attend the same, on OFFICIAL TIME, and purely on voluntary basis, provided that there is prior permission from the Executive Judge/Presiding Judge, and there shall be no disruption of the court calendar.

The authority shall be for three (3) days only including travel time.

The registration fee of Five Thousand Five Hundred Pesos (P5,500.00) for early registration (from January 1 to February 28, 2013 only) or Six Thousand Five Hundred Pesos (P6,500.00) for on site registration (from March 1, 2013 onwards) shall be shouldered by the participant.

The participants shall submit to the Court Management Office, Office of the Court Administrator, a report relative to the conference and their respective certificates of attendance within ten (10) days from their receipt thereof.
